An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is processed and the order is shipped.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. ETGAR Implants is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product:

  • Is unused and in original packaging

  • Includes proof of purchase
     

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
