Delivery Information

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. All products are delivered to a single address per order. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Shipping Timeframes

ETGAR Implants strives to meet estimated delivery times; however, delays caused by carriers, customer error, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is not received, an investigation with the shipping carrier will be initiated. During this process, no replacement or refund will be issued until the investigation is complete.
