Refund Policy

Right of Return

Customers have 15 days from delivery to return a product if not satisfied.

Returned items must:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Include invoice and completed return form
     

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • Returns within 7 days of delivery are refunded via the original payment method.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or improperly packaged will not be refunded.

  • Refunds for unavailable products will be issued within 10 days.
